Demi Lovato has squeaky clean Disney Channel roots, but that doesn’t mean she’s afraid to maintain it actual. She admitted to Seventeen magazine that she and her renowned BFF Miley Cyrus have experienced some pretty terrible fights. possibly right after they’ve had their weaves tightened.

Still, she knows she can rely on her pals for support. “There are two people that no matter how many times we fight we will always be in each other’s lives. Selena and I, we never fight. She’s not a confrontational person at all, but Miley Cyrus and I are strong-headed. When we fight it’s brutal and we’re like, ‘We’re never going to be friends again!’ Then two days later, we’re like, ‘I love you and I miss you!’”

Lovato’s latest statements about friendship are different from those she produced earlier in 2010, when she claimed how the two ladies who Often had her back were Selena Gomez and Kim Kardashian. But Because then, she and Miley have bonded over their shared adore of curves, so all is correct and nicely inside the land of ex-Disney starlets.

Speaking to the Huffington Post, a spokesman for the Maury show discussed that those involved with the popular daytime TV series have been “actively pursuing” Bieber. And by actively pursuing, we imagine they’ve been throwing wads of cash in front of his face, getting down on their knees, and begging like a 9-year-old boy who desperately wants a Red Ryder BB gun for Christmas.

Needless to say, Bieber has yet to accept the offer. In fact, no one from the pop singer’s camp has even commented on the story. Of course, that didn’t stop a former executive producer of the show from talking about how fantastically amazing the completely improbable event would perform out, if we lived in an different reality.

Amy Rosenblum explained the obvious to HuffPo: “This would be a huge TV event,” she said. “Maury is trusted by millions of viewers and if Maury told Justin ‘You are not the father,’ everyone would believe it.”

We imagine it playing out like the scene where Darth Vader announces he’s Luke’s father — except, only with less dramatic music, and on live TV.

But here’s the thing: Bieber will not go on Maury. It doesn’t matter that the show has become associated with paternal tests in latest years. The pop star won’t connect himself with a Jerry Springer knock-off series. Lest we forget, this is a program that once invited a woman to discuss the rewards of smelling your loved one’s genitals to make sure he/she hasn’t cheated on you. It’s hardly an outlet for the second highest-paid celeb under 30.

That said, in the utterly unlikely event that Maury succeeds in his Jedi mind tricks and gets Bieber to appear on his show, we imagine it’ll play out something like this:

Brody Jenner attempted to break up a pub fight at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel and his reward was a bottle to the head.

Seemingly it was girlfriend Avril Lavigne and an un-named lady who got in a scuffle around 1 am. When Jenner tried to intervene, he got cracked over the head. Security swiftly broke up the fight and he and a few other people were detained by law enforcement officials. Jenner was apparently listed as the victim of attack with a deadly weapon, and then was allowed to go on his merry way. No arrests had been made.

The reality star was well enough to refuse medical therapy but went to the hospital on his own, just to be secure.

This morning Jenner was back and even came back to Twitter. He wrote: “Interesting Saturday night… Just got of the hospital with a new scar on my face.. Charges/chargers!!!”

While it is popularly believed that stars like Danielle Staub would like every aspect of their lives captures on camera, apparently it is not true. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star fought for and got a restraining order to prevent an ex-boyfriend from peddling a sex tape of the duo.
The ex-boyfriend in question, Stephen Zalewski, has been ordered to gather up all videos and explicit photographs he may have of Staub and appear in court July 21 for a follow-up hearing. He was not present in court when this order was passed.
The Real Housewives star is also suing Zalewski for defamation, invasion of privacy and infliction of emotional distress. She claims that she didn’t even know the tape existed until he was quoted mentioning it in a Star magazine article.
“She cost me so much money, why shouldn’t I make a few dollars?” Zalewski told the magazine, according to the lawsuit.
“It sickened me,” Staub told State Superior Court Judge Thomas F. Brogan in court today.
Outside the courthouse, she told reporters that she felt Zalewski was trying to embarrass her and, even more inappropriately, her two daughters as punishment for breaking up with him.
“This is about my kids,” Staub said. “I’m a big girl. Do what you want to me. But you broke bread with my children. Don’t do this to me. No adult should ever do this to a child.”
Her attorney, Darren Del Sardo, said that Brogan also plans to refer the matter to the county prosecutor’s office because videotaping a person having sex without his or her consent is a crime in New Jersey.

Chrish Brown has agreed to a plea agreement that will spare him from doing any jail time.
Brown, 20, has agreed to be sentenced to five years probation and 180 days of community labor that will have to be served in Virginia. He has also agreed to complete a year of domestic violence classes. He will also need to pay fines. In exchange, he pleaded guilty to felony assault by means likely to cause great bodily injury.

“Mr. Brown, I think it’s commendable that you took responsibility for your conduct,” said Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg.
Brown also was ordered to stay at least 50 yards away from Rihanna – except at industry events, when it’s 10 yards – despite a request from Rihanna’s lawyer for a less-restrictive order. For now, Brown was also ordered not to have any contact with her, which includes phone, email and text communications.
“He’s very thankful to all the people who’ve been very supportive,” said Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos. “This is a kid who’s never been in trouble before, who wants to move past this and make sure that the message gets out that these kinds of things, of domestic violence, are not acceptable. And that he has accepted responsibility and continues to do so and embraces this as an opportunity for him to get his life back on track and his career back on track.”
If he violates probation, Brown will face four years in prison. His formal sentencing is set for Aug. 5, when the court will drop a second charge of making criminal threats.

Jon and Kate Gosselin, stars of the TLC reality show Jon & Kate Plus Eight, and parents to eight children have announced their decision to separate. The announcement was made on the same day that Kate filed for divorce in a Pennsylvania court.

“Over the course of this weekend, Jon’s activities have left me no choice but to file legal procedures in order to protect myself and our children,” Kate said. “While there are reasons why it was appropriate and necessary for me to initiate this proceeding, I do not wish to discuss those reasons at this time, in the hope that all issues will be resolved amicably between Jon and myself. As always, my first priority remains our children.”

Experts have declared that David Carradine’s Death was not a case of suicide, although the definite cause of his death is still unclear, sais the pathologist hired by Carradine’s family.
“The autopsy findings and the evidence thus far available demonstrate that Mr. Carradine’s death was not the result of suicide,” Dr. Michael Baden said in a prepared statement released through the Associated Press Thursday. “However, to reach a final determination as to the cause and the manner of death we must wait for further information from Thailand as to the scene findings and the completion of the crime laboratory and toxicology studies that are still being performed.”
The Thai police has immediately said that the actor’s death was a possible case of suicide. However, as details around the death emerged like the actor being nude and a chord being found tied across his wrists, neck and genitals, speculation that the actor died as a result of an auto-erotic act became rife.
Carradine’s brother Bruce said, “In a sad way, I’m glad to hear it confirmed that David didn’t commit suicide. I never believed he took his own life. He just had too much to live for.”
