Jamie Oliver is over the moon. He has now become a proud papa of three adorable daughters. Oliver’s wife, Jools, gave birth to their third daughter, Petal Blossom Rainbow in the early morning at 2:46 a.m. The baby, was weighed in at 6 lb., 10 oz. The Oliver’s are already proud parents of two daughters Poppy Honey, 7, and Daisy Boo, 5. The newborn baby’s anticipated arrival was first announced in September.
Two days ago, Oliver was cooking meals for some of the most powerful world leaders at none other than the most premium address in England, 10 Downing Street. But, no work commitment could have kept him away from his wife’s side as she gave birth to their third child. He was at his wife’s side at London’s Portland Hospital where the birth took place.
Oliver owes his fame in the United States to the widely popular TV show ‘Naked Chefs.’ He did not appear in public himself, but issued the following statement through a spokesperson, “Both [Petal] and Jools are doing well. The Oliver’s would like to thank midwives Linda Ordish and Elaine Porter and also obstetrician William Dennis for their wonderful help and support.”
It was added: “Jamie and Jools are both completely smitten with Petal already, and Jamie is looking forward to two weeks paternity leave to spend quality time with his four beautiful girls.”
News of the baby’s delivery first broke Friday morning in Britain’s Sun.
