David Caruso sued by ex
David Caruso’s ex-girlfriend, Liza Marquez has filed a lawsuit against him, claiming that he inflicted ‘emotional distress ‘ on her when they were going around. This was done on Thursday in the L.A. County Superior Court. She also claims that he has breached an agreement that they had, saying he would support her.
She says that he had also tried to force her to get an abortion when she was pregnant with their first child and broke up with her when she was pregnant with their second child. She says that he had spread rumors saying she is mentally ill and that she wanted to sleep with Billy Dee Williams. She also claims that he hit her when she was pregnant.
Liza Marquez met the CSI: Miami star in 2004. they stopped living together a little while before she gave birth to their second child. She was served with a paternity action soon after her return from the hospital, after the birth. David Caruso’s attorney also had added in the paperwork that reconciliation was not an option.
Now Marquez is saying that in the agreement he had agreed to pay her a million dollars to support herself and that he has not followed through with that. If all her allegations are true, especially the hitting her when she was pregnant part, a mere million looks like too little. Maybe she should ask for more from this moron, along with the child support that he owes her.
