Who knew folks liked hot girls on the net? Facebook has released its “Memology 2011″ report, and it turns out Megan Fox and Rihanna both surged in popularity this year thanks to millions of “Likes” on the 7-year-old social network.
With increased than 29 million fans, Fox’s official page was named the fastest-growing entertainment page, although Rihanna’s page won the music category with an increase of than 47 million “Likes.” Rihanna also had the most-played song on Facebook with “We Found Love,” which was followed by Katy Perry’s “Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.).”
While Rihanna had a big year with two albums charting on Billboard, a huge tour plus a few key guest spots, Megan Fox’s surging popularity is a little more perplexing.
