Jennifer Lopez. Is going back to Hollywood.

American Idol producer Nigel Lythgoe verified the news on Wednesday morning while showing up on Idol host Ryan Seacrest’s syndicated radio show. Seacrest questioned the producer: “Do you want to do the Jennifer announcement or are we still waiting?”

Lythgoe replied: “I believe we’re still waiting for the official announcement, but I am delighted to say that all three judges, along with the brilliant host of American Idol, is back for the next season.”

While judges Steven Tyler and Randy Jackson were already expected to come back for an additional season of Idol, J.Lo’s status was up in the air as she renegotiated her agreement. Lythgoe also uncovered that the three of them will soon be striking the road for the show’s intense auditions, which will be arriving soon to Denver, Houston, St. Louis, Portland, San Diego, Pittsburgh and Charleston.
