Mandy Moore was recently in the news for closing down her fashion line. She claimed she shut down her label ‘Mblem’ so that she could focus on her music as her next album, Amanda Leigh, is  going to be released soon on May 26. However, it seems music is not the only think that is keeping Mandy occupied. She is rather busy in her personal life as well, considering she recently got engaged to her musician beau Ryan Adams.
The details of the engagement are not available so far, but Moore’s publicists have confirmed that she and Adams will be tying the knot soon. No details about the impending nuptials are available either.
Moore, 24 and Adams, 34 have had an on-off relationship for almost a year since March 2008. Friends close to the star are not surprised by this development and say that the engagement does not come as a surprise to them.
Moore has been known to have a long string of romantic connections. Even after splitting with him, Moore was seen supporting her ex-boyfriend DJ AM after his plane crash. Since then, she has been linked with a number of celebrities including musician Greg Laswell, tennis star Andy Roddick, and actors Zach Braff and Wilmer Valderrama.
Adams, a singer and songwriter, is best known for his hit song, “New York, New York.
