Britney Spears Isn’t Getting Married Anytime Soon

Britney Spears engagement Rumors are back again, this time because her sinewy supposed boyfriend Jason Trawick was seen hanging out with jeweler-to-the-stars Pascal Mouawad. Nevermind that she’s been occasionally putting on sparklers on her ring finger for many years. But there is one iconic music performer who is definitely getting hitched soon—arguably a bigger star than Britney.

Jason Trawick, Britney Spears’ former agent and then man whose forearm she occasionally clutches in public, was seen meeting with jeweler Pascal Mouawad in Los Angeles on Monday, sparking rumors of an engagement on the horizon. But Spears’ representative says that the betrothal Gossips just aren’t true: “Jason was there to discuss other matters with Pascal, but nothing relating to him personally.”

A woman was arrested for trying to peep into Britney Spears’s window. A former season 5 American Idol contestant, Miranda Tozier- Robbins, sneaked into Britney’s private property in Calabasas. The 26- year- old was wearing camouflage clothes and was carrying a backpack. She also had a video camera with her. Security personnel noticed her sneaking around the property, trying to peep into the windows.

The security men asked her to leave but she refused to leave and police had to come to escort her out of the property. Maybe she took Britney yelling ‘Make some noise!’ a little too literally. When the security people told her she could leave or they’d call the police, she actually waited for the police. Maybe she thought Britney wouldn’t hear about her without the police arresting her.

Tozier- Robbins, a resident of Inglewood , California , has been charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct. Bail was for $5000 but she was released on a citation. She is required to appear in court on June 16. Britney wasn’t home when this happened, lucky for her. She is currently on her concert tour. E! News learnt that she tried for American Idol in 2005 and sang Britney’s song, ‘Everytime’. She was rejected the previous year and has written about it in her blog.

We hope the stalker is happy that Britney finally knows her. Guess that was the whole point to this drama. She probably got tired of following Britney’s stories online and wanted to read her own story.

Britney Spear’s Pause For Fresh Air

At one of her shows in Vancouver, British Columbia, Britney Spears stopped singing after three songs as there was heavy pot smoke coming from the crowd. The concert was stopped for almost an hour. 20 minutes after the concert paused, an announcement was done over the speaker system saying she won’t continue with the show if the crowd kept smoking marijuana. And 40 minutes later, the show resumed, to the relief of all the fans. They also said it wasn’t safe for Britney and her crew to be performing in that kind of an environment, as they will be active and dancing for hours.

It was really a safety issue said a rep, A rep tells us, “We want to apologize to all the fans who attended our Vancouver show tonight for the brief pause in Britney’s set. Crew members above the stage became ill due to a ventilation issue.” And at the end of the show, Britney said to the crowd, “Thanks Vancouver. You were wonderful. Drive safe. Don’t smoke weed!” The part that says don’t smoke weed is something we don’t always here.
Britney is sensitive to second hand smoke. She said it made her dizzy and gave her headaches. And a lot of smoking in a closed arena can be a problem, especially as they run the risk of getting high. This concern was more about her crew who were working high up and in the area where the smoke rises to.

Britney Visits Sick Kids in a Miami Hospital; Donates $10k

Britney Spears has been on the headlines lately because of her Circus tour, but today, the pop star flew into Miami via private jet and landed in a hospital to surprise a few sick kids.

Britney and her family stopped by Miami Children’s Hospital for a surprise visit with sick kids and donated a whopping $100,000 to the hospital’s Big Apple Circus Clown Care, a community outreach program that brings the joys of the circus to hospitalized children at 19 leading pediatric facilities across the United States. Pretty huge amount, if you ask me.

Apparently, pediatric radiologist Ricardo Restrepo and the Director of Media for Southern Wine and Spirits America Lee Schrager arranged for Britney to visit the hospital. Since the circus theme of her tour was a natural tie in for a hospital with clowns, the pop star – along with her dad Jamie of course – agreed.

Spears took about ten minutes at the hospital. The singer posed for a few photos with kids, barely spoke beyond “Say cheese,” and was in and out of the hospital to get ready for her concert later that evening.

Britney Spears Proves She Can Still Perform

Britney Spears has just officially made a comeback. Although she “may” have lipsynched all throughout the concert in New Orleans, Britney has received an overwhelming review from both critics and fans (old ones, re-gained ones and new ones). And with such a spectacular performance and amazing costumes (MANY photos below), Britney may just completed the final stage of her comeback.

The Circus world tour started in New Orleans, wherein lucky people from the crowd witnessed a dozen costume changes and experienced a 17-song set. Unlike Britney’s past performances before her breakdown, Ms. Spears was filled with energy last night.

While most fans who watched the concert were thrilled, such as fan Natasha Stcyr who told Reuters, “The theatrics, the performance, it was great. Phenomenal. It was definitely a circus. It was awesome. She’s definitely back,” some were “disappointed” mainly because of the lipsynch.

Apparently, no bad reviews can stop Britney Spears now. Since her “Circus” album launched in December, it has sold over 1.3 million copies worldwide. The pop star is set to perform in 31 cities in the US before she brings her entire circus to perform 8 shows at London in June.

Britney Spears is numero uno on the radio again. Britney’s latest single “Circus,” off her platinum album of the same name, is the No. 1 song on the Top 40 radio charts. It’s also her fifth No. 1 song overall.
Britney takes the stage on March 3rd at the New Orleans Arena – the opening night of her Circus tour – and the stakes will never be higher. After more than two years of personal drama, the tour will either make or break the professional comeback she began last fall.
The pop star seemed to be back in old Britney form when she sang “Womanizer” on Good Morning America in December, the concert will be her biggest performance since her disastrous, out-of-shape appearance at the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards.
“She’s pretty determined,” a friend said. “She missed singing and performing and the freedom of that. It gives her an escape and it’s what she loves to do, so she’s definitely thankful to be doing that again.”
“I’ve got to believe she’s ready and will do a professional show,” Gary Bongiovanni, editor-in-chief of the concert trade magazine Pollstar, says. “If she doesn’t, it’s over. In general, the tickets have sold very well. Some shows are already sold out. Obviously, it means there is significant fan interest in seeing her do her live show. That fact that she’s been off the scene for a while helps with the pent-up demand.”

A friend of the pop star was worried that the tour would be too much for the singer to handle but noted that “it’s what her team thought was best.”

Her ex-husband Kevin Federline is taking the couple’s kids on the road so they can keep up their regular visitation schedule with Mom.

“Having the boys with her is going to make all the difference,” says a source. “They are the reason she can do this.”

Former Assistant Returns to Team Britney

It sure looks like Britney is welcoming an old long lost friend back into her fold. Felicia Culotta had worked with Britney before, but was one of the casualties of her downward spiral. She had left the service of Britney and had started to work with other artists. Most recently, she has been working with the Jonas Brothers.
She now says she is extremely happy to join Britney just in time for her highly publicized comeback Circus tour. She will certainly miss working with the Jonas brothers as she considered them to be so much fun, but she thinks she will be happier with Britney. “Britney has always held a special place in my heart, and over the course of the last year I have seen her work harder than she ever has in her entire life,” was what she has said on Britney’s website.
She says even though she had a great time working with other artists, she continued to miss Britney. When Britney’s comeback tour was announced, Cullota says, “I felt I had to be a part of this exciting time in Britney’s career.” She has always loved Britney and wanted to be a part of her life that is far more positive than it was just a few months ago.
It is obviously assumed that this move has been closely monitored and approved by the conservators of Britney’s estate, including her father. Britney’s conservators have control over the company she keeps.
